Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Cancellation charge:

30 days or more 20% of the total trip

Within 29- 30 days prior to arrival 30% of the total cost

Within 19-15 day prior to arrival 50% of the total cost

Within 15 days prior to arrival non-refundable

The cost of the package includes:

  1. Pick up form and drop to the respective spot
  2. Our packages include the cost of all the legal formalities to enter the restricted areas
  3. Food and accommodation includes breakfast and dinner (On MAP plan)
  4. All the sightseen in the about mentioned places is includes in our packages.

Package Exclusion:

  1. Air fair / Train fair
  2. Personal expenses such as lundry, telephone call, liquor, boting, paragliding and joyride.
  3. Guide fee and Entrance fee.
  4. Additional uses of vehicles not mentioned in an itinerary.
  5.  Insurance cultural and other activities.
